BRITISH COLUMBIA PNP

PROVINCIAL NOMINEE PROGRAM PATHWAY TO CANADA

ADVANTAGE OF B.C PNP

The British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) is a provincial immigration program that allows the province of British Columbia to nominate skilled and semi-skilled workers, international graduates, and entrepreneur immigrants for permanent residency in a fast-track route.

BC PNP prioritizes candidates who have in-demand skills, thereby increasing their chances of securing a job in a wide range of occupations. Successful nominees get additional Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) points in the Express Entry system and will be eligible to bring their families to British Columbia.

If you’re unsure of how to begin your immigration journey, our team offers a consultation service where we can evaluate your unique circumstances and recommend the most suitable immigration options for you. Our focus on personalized solutions ensures that every client receives the highest level of service and support throughout their immigration journey.

  • When you receive a nomination from the BC PNP, you do not need to go through the hassle of obtaining a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) before applying for a work permit.

  • Once nominated by the BC PNP, you can use this as a pathway to apply for permanent residency through the Provincial Nominee Program, which allows you to settle and work in British Columbia permanently.

  • When you are nominated to BC PNP under the Express Entry stream, you can receive an additional 600 points in your Express Entry profile. This significantly increases your chances of receiving an Invitation to Apply (ITA) for permanent residency.

  • If you receive a nomination from the BC PNP, you are eligible to apply for a work permit while waiting for your permanent residency application to be processed. This allows you to start working in British Columbia while you wait for your permanent residency status.

  • You have the options for various categories of National Occupational Classification (NOC) TEER 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5. This means that individuals with different skill sets and occupations can apply for the program, making it accessible to a wider range of potential immigrants.
